Day 1 First Weigh In, Yikes! and Menu.

*Excuse the toes, in need of a pedi tonight :)*

Well you can't know when you make it somewhere if you don't know where you're coming from or where you're going.

Apple/Pears with Whole Grain Oats
Strawberry Banana Yogurt
Large Mixed Salad with Italian Dressing
Brown Rice with Steamed Broccoli

Lots of water and herbal tea as well as diet cranberry juice for the detox.

Will get in at least 30 mins on my bike tonight.

    I've read all your posts up to today, and ya know what?? I hear all the RIGHT attitude that it takes for success. Honestly, you realize it will not be easy, but you are willing to fight for yourself and your future.

    And you are willing to FOCUS on yourself and your needs for this season... that IS what it takes. Too many people think they can squeeze major life changes into the corner of their life. But it takes major focus and effort to make a major change. Permanent change, that is.

    I am so happy for you that you are doing this so much younger than I did... you GET it.

    Don't let ANYTHING or anyone stop you or side-track you. Claim this for YOU. You are being self-honest and have a plan, and are willing to do the work. Be consistent, no matter how you feel. That will earn you great results. Oh, and I love that you are not in a hurry, but are doing this for life. For permanent changes.

  2. Once you've accepted it, you now have a destination! Saying I had to lose 110 pounds was not easy but now I only have 14.2 more to go! Set your goals a reach for them!
